Contact the ownerNous avons acheté la Villa Grazioza il y a trois ans et avons tout de suite été séduit par son jardin méditerranéen et la vue sur les collines environnantes. Les précédents propriétaires ont meublé la maison avec goût et nous les en remercions vivement ! Le calme du lieu dans une impasse et la proximité de toutes les plus belles plages et criques de la Costa Brava sont autant d'atouts que nous aimerions vous faire partager. Nous louons la maison quelques semaines en été, nous espérons que vous vous y plairez.

THE GRAZIOZA VILLA is a Mediterranean style villa with stone arches from Galicia. It has a large living room that opens onto a shaded terrace facing south east.
Another terrace to the west of the fully equipped kitchen with plancha and barbecue will delight grill lovers.
Ideally located along a dead end street in the heights of Mas Ambros at 5 kms from Platja d'Arro and the port of PALAMOS.
The most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava : Calla del Pi, la Rovira but also Plaja Castel without doubt the wildest, are between 5 and 10 minutes by car.
Recent (2003) of 211M2 on 700M2 of land, it is divided into 3 double bedrooms (7 beds available +1 auxiliary bed available if needed), 3 bathrooms (2 complete +1 toilet), a large living room with fireplace, a nice terrace (master suite on the first floor) and has all the amenities: wifi, air conditioning, central heating, double glazed windows, mosquito nets and alarm.very nice mountain views and sea view (horizon sea) very appreciable.
Closed parking place in front of the house.
The private swimming pool of 8*4m is maintained twice a week, preferably in the morning from 1/05 to 30/09. Off season it is covered.
