In the Abatilles district, close to the Arcachon golf course, "Landaise-style" T3 house of approx. 65 m², surrounded by a large plot of land.
You can park your vehicle(s) in the garden.
Living room with TV (no WIFI) and dining area. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso.
A double bedroom with 140cm bedding. Separate WC. A second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed (90cm). A shower room between the two bedrooms.
Outside, you'll enjoy two terraces where you can share meals with family or friends, with its barbecue.

You're halfway between Arcachon town center and La Teste de Buch for shops and restaurants. And only a few minutes by car from the Moulleau and Pyla sur Mer districts, where you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants at sunset.
