This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (indicated in the advert), a supplement may apply.
