Private parking in courtyard and enclosed garden. Close to spa and town center.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (cleaning service available at extra cost).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (indicated in the advert), a supplement may apply.
