Welcome to our magnificent, fully renovated 3-room apartment, 64 m2, located on the 3rd floor of a building in Neuvecelle. Enjoy breathtaking lake views and an ideal location facing the beach.
As soon as you enter, a corridor leads you through this charming apartment featuring a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (oven, hood, gas hob, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, crockery, washing machine and tumble dryer). The living room is furnished with a coffee table, sofa, two armchairs and TV. The large windows offer a panoramic view of the lake, and the balcony, equipped with a small table and two chairs, will enable you to take full advantage of this enchanting environment.
The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
The first bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90*190) with closets, while the second has been converted into a master suite with closets, a double bed (160*200) and its own shower room with toilet.
The apartment offers wifi access, free parking nearby, and several bars and restaurants overlooking the beach, as well as a pizzeria, are less than a two-minute walk away. The port of Evian can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, and the town center in 15 minutes along the lakeside promenade.
