Welcome to our spacious 230 m2 architect-designed house, nestled in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from Evian and only 15 minutes from the first ski slopes. This exceptional home offers an idyllic setting for unforgettable vacations.

House features :

Convivial living space: The house is built around a large living room featuring a lounge with comfortable sofas, a TV, a bar with stools, a dining room equipped with a table for 8, and a reading area giving access to a shaded south-facing terrace.

Spacious terrace: Enjoy the 50m2 terrace equipped with a large round table with 10 stools, 9 garden chairs, 3 deckchairs and a charcoal barbecue. It's the ideal place for al fresco dining and relaxing.

Fully equipped kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, two ovens, 8 gas rings, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, and a cupboard with various appliances such as fondue and raclette.

Master suite: On the upper floor, a master suite offers two twin beds of 90 cm each (180 cm), a bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.

Lower night space: The lower garden level includes a TV corner, four bedrooms with different bed configurations, some of which open onto the garden via French windows. A laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer and boiler is also available. Two bathrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet complete the space.

Quiet residential area: The house is located in a quiet residential area, close to shops and the Lugrin supermarket.

Wifi and parking: Take advantage of the wifi connection available throughout the house. A large number of parking spaces are available on the property.

Non-smoking the house is a non-smoking area.

Deposit: A credit card imprint of €1,000 will be requested when collecting the keys.

    Excellent value for money: very well equipped kitchen, very spacious house, quiet and beautiful location, quality interior design. Areas for improvement: For 10 people, one sofa is not enough, we need one more. Kitchen utensils need to be replaced because they are too old and in poor condition (cutlery, dishes, dishwasher). I recommend this rental, to book without hesitation!
