Welcome to our cosy, tastefully-decorated 3-room apartment, a 38 m2 residence offering a warm and welcoming space for 4 people. Ideally located on the first floor in a quiet area of Evian, just a 20-minute walk from the center, it offers panoramic lake views from its terrace.
The bright, friendly living room features a recently renovated, fully-equipped kitchen. You'll find a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, pressure cooker, as well as pots, pans and crockery. A dining table is also available, as is a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed (140*200) and smart TV. An accordion partition closes off the sofa-bed area to create a real bedroom, with a window overlooking the large terrace and condominium garden.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140*200), a large closet and a chest of drawers for practical storage. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is equipped with a shower and heated towel rail. The toilet is separate for added convenience. The entrance to the apartment is via a small hall with storage space for suitcases.
Take advantage of the large terrace for outdoor relaxation. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the bedroom window.
Internet access is available in the apartment to keep you connected.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
