Welcome to our spacious 70m2 apartment, offering comfortable space for 6 people.
The living room welcomes you with a sitting area featuring a quality 140*200 sofa bed, a TV for relaxing moments, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A dining table is ready for convivial meals.
A washing machine is available for your convenience.
The first bedroom, separate from the living room, is equipped with a 140*200 double bed for peaceful nights.
The second bedroom has a 140*200 double bed and a crib for the little ones.
The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet is separate for added convenience. The washing machine is located in the laundry room.
The apartment has wifi access, and the wifi password is indicated on the box.
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends; pets are welcome. A parking space is available in the courtyard.

Hello, Very good reception for the reception of the keys at the agency. The apartment is well located, in a quiet area. However, the rental needs a serious deep cleaning. The carpet of the room with two beds is completely "outdated" and badly smelling. The air vents in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are in an unimaginably dirty state. The edges of the tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are dirty. The basement room where the washing machine is located is repulsive (dirt). We wanted to point this out to you, personally, for an improvement that deserves this rental which has undeniable assets. Sincerely
