Villa Montemar, an excellent super well equipped house, with terrace, barbecue, WIFI, community pool, tennis, and playground.
This beautiful holiday home is located in the area of Riells in l'Escala, just 12 minutes walk from the Riells beach which is the main beach of fine sand, with a diversity of restaurants and bars and the start of the magnificent promenade thats arrives till the old town of l'Escala.

It is a spacious house with fabulous views from the main terrace to the leisure area, swimming pool, tennis and the playground for children. From the terrace itself you access the leisure area.

It is the day area: It has a large and well equipped terrace with barbecue and terrace furniture, facing North.Access from the terrace to the living-dining room with national and international TV channels, air conditioning in the living room. Open kitchen, newly renovated, and well equipped (utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, ..) in the same space there is a table and chairs. Bathroom (bath, toilet, sink), and a storage room where the washing machine is located and gives access to the back of the house from where you can park 1 car.

Great stay, pleasant house, safe children's play area (no access on the road). The only downside was the ants, but apparently it's the region and the heat that make it so, but that didn't affect our stay in any way. We recommend it!
