Very recent (2016), large, comfortable 200m² family chalet, close to the village of Combloux (3km) and the center of Megève (5km).

The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with bathroom, toilet and balcony, as well as a "mountain corner" for children.
The first floor features 3 bedrooms with balconies and mountain views, as well as 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
High-quality technical equipment: wifi throughout, 3 TVs, DVD.
The basement features a children's playroom (books, games, DVDs), as well as a checkroom (with shoe dryers for 10 pairs) and a laundry room (LL, SL).
A garage with a plug for recharging electric vehicles completes the complex.
Private parking 20m from the chalet.

Services included: welcome, cleaning (before and after your stay, as well as 2x2h during your stay), supply of bed linen and towels, preparation of beds for your arrival, wood for the fireplace, wifi, utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating, VAT, tourist taxes).

No pets allowed, even small ones, no parties possible, this is a family chalet or one to share with friends.
Chamonix is 1/2 hour away, and Geneva 1 hour.
