Welcome to this charming, light-filled house in the hills between Publier and Evian, with a breathtaking view of the lake.
This spacious 140m2 house can accommodate up to 8 people and is just a 10-minute drive from Evian.
The large living room offers a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, coffee makers, etc.) and access to the south-facing terrace. A first bedroom with a 140*200 double bed, a shower room, and a large dining room table complete the first floor.
Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with a 140*200 double bed, a third bedroom with a 140*200 double bed, and a fourth bedroom with two 90*190 single beds. A balcony overlooking the lake is accessible from the first floor.
The house has two separate WCs, one on the first floor and one on the first floor. It also offers wifi access and a parking space in front of the house.
The large basement includes a garage, washing machine, garden furniture and barbecue, providing a practical space for family vacations.
Pets are welcome to share this warm and welcoming place.
