Arcachon - Direct access to Eyrac beach, a stone's throw from the town center, beautiful renovated 25m2 STUDIO CABIN on the 3rd and top floor with elevator, fully furnished and equipped with west-facing balcony, private parking, access to the tennis court and bike room (During the summer months, we cannot guarantee that a bike can be stored in the communal bike room).
This apartment offers all the comforts you need for a great family vacation on the lake, including an entrance hall with a cabin (bunk beds/2 duvets/2 pillows), a shower room with toilet, a living room (TV/folding bed 140x190cm/1 duvet/2 pillows) with a new, fully-equipped kitchenette. A balcony with furniture (awning) facing west.
Linen not provided, can be rented through the agency: example: 1 pack 90 sheets + towels = 32€ - 1 pack 140 sheets + towels = 42€/week.
Optional cleaning package = 40€.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (indicated in the advert), a supplement may apply.
