The "Plus" of this seaside rental: fully renovated apartment except for the shower room, reversible air conditioning, floating parquet throughout, new kitchen, free parking behind the residence on the large parking lot at Plage du Môle, lovely terrace with magnificent sea view.

The apartment is very well located with a good surface area. However, the equipment is too basic: no kettle, large knife or oyster opener. Mismatched crockery. No bedside tables, toilet paper holders or mops. The chairs are all mismatched. The apartment is cold without any charm.

Very disappointed by the local agency (called twice without a suite) and by the apartment: no light at all in one room, not even a bedside lamp in the 2 bedrooms, kitchen tap drips, broken shutter in the main room...and so on. Fortunately the apartment is very well located, top environment.
