Cozy vacation home in the urbanization 'Ciudad Quesada' in Rojales on the Costa Blanca.
From the house it is only 6 km to the beach and you live in a quiet, safe area, very close to the 18-hole golf course 'La Marquise'. The house has a typical Andalusian terrace, perfect to enjoy nice evenings here, sunbathe in absolute privacy or just relax with a book. Ideal for relaxing are also the solarium and the beautifully planted garden, as well as the community pool, which is just 3 minutes walk away.
The surrounding area offers a wide selection of leisure, catering and supermarkets. In the many restaurants and bars of the village you can enjoy the typical cuisine of the region. In 15 minutes by car you can reach Torrevieja, where you can do your shopping in the shopping center ?Habaneras? There is also the water park 'Aquópolis' and a promenade for romantic walks. Nature lovers will enjoy a visit to the protected park and lagoons de la Mata and Torrevieja. Also visit the spectacular beaches and dunes with fine golden sand.
