Welcome to our spacious, recently renovated, tastefully decorated 70 m2 apartment for up to 6 people. Located on the first floor of a detached chalet, it offers a warm atmosphere and all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a sofa bed for 2. You have access to a terrace to enjoy the fresh air. There's also a separate toilet with washing machine.
The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190), and there's a second shower room with WC.
The entrance is via a former garage, offering practical storage space for skis, boots, books, etc.
Parking is available at the side of the chalet. A free wifi connection is available to keep you connected.
The chalet is located at "La Beunaz" in the commune of Saint-Paul en Chablais, 15 minutes from Evian, 15 minutes from Thollon-les-Mémises and 5 minutes from Bernex.
To ensure the security of your stay, you will be asked to provide a credit card imprint of €500 when you hand over the keys. This property is managed by a trusted agency.

the only problem; no Wifi code that the agency could not communicate to us. Moreover the flexible of the small bathroom was pierced and the knob did not hold well nor carpet of bath. We can't say that we were well received at the agency which moved without our new premises.
