In the middle of the forest and with a view of the lake, spend your holiday amongst friends or family in this superb villa with heated infinity pool Open from April 15 to October 15 depending on weather conditions and Jaccuzi.A private beach is located a mere 2 minute walk away along a private path, reserved solely for residents of the community.
Situated in Hautes Rives, a community of Biscarrosse known for its idyllic and calm setting, less than an hour from Bordeaux airport, this villa of 185m² with an enclosed garden of 1,310m² offers you ample space to welcome guests.On the first level, there are two bedrooms with double beds, an independent WC and a bathroom. On the second level, by descending down a set of stairs, there is a large parental suite with adjoining bathroom and another bedroom with 4 single bunk beds.
The house also offers a large sofa bed in the lounge and another sofa bed in the playroom providing a total of 12 sleeping spaces. In total there are two bathrooms (two showers and one bath) and 3 WCs. Outside, enjoy an uninterrupted view of Lake Biscarrosse Maguide from the terrace whilst lounging in the outdoor lounge, by the plancha or even better whilst unwinding in the heated infinity pool.
Bedding is provided and Wifi is available. Towels however are not provided but are a payable option on demand.
2 night minimum stay (outside of July and August).

The environment was particularly soothing, the decoration sympathetic but from the kitchen to the terrace there were many steps, a parasol is necessary there . 9 adults were difficult to place, 1 had to take place in the bunk bed room, the other in the living room. The house was clean but the terrace was very greasy from the grease from the plancha.A turn-over too fast perhaps? Celebrating my 80th birthday, I paid €264 for cleaning to lighten my load BUT on leaving, for a pillowcase stained with blood from a mosquito bite, someone withheld my deposit cheque and wanted us to take clean sheets and dishes out of the dishwasher. Military regulations to say the least!
