Welcome to our magnificent 64m2 apartment with soothing lake views, ideally located close to the spa and city center to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by an elegant living room featuring a sitting area with a 140*200 sofa bed and TV. The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with crockery, frying pans, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle and all you need to prepare your meals. The dining table is the ideal place to share convivial moments.
The washing machine, located in the shower room, is available for your convenience.
The balcony with partial lake view is accessible from the living room, creating a pleasant outdoor space for relaxing.
The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: the first with a 140*200 double bed, and the second with a 140*200 double bed.
The bathroom includes a shower, vanity unit and washing machine. The toilet is separate.
For added convenience, the apartment has Wi-Fi access and a closed garage.
Pets are welcome in this apartment, ensuring a convivial stay.
To ensure the security of your stay, you will be asked to provide a credit card imprint of €500 when you hand over the keys. We would like to emphasize that this property is managed by a trusted agency, ensuring quality service.
