2km from beach and town center. Ideal starting point for sea excursions to CHAUSEY JERSEY GUERNESEY, Mont St Michel, Cancale, Dinard, Dinan, Rennes...please note access to first floor by staircase not possible for people with reduced mobility (bed 140) the studio is part of our house with independent entrance for overnight stay 3 days minimum.

Very nice studio on the 1st floor facing the racecourse, very pleasant and well equipped. Very friendly, available and discreet owners. Private parking. Only the spiral staircase, which makes access to the apartment complicated, especially with suitcases... the access hall is equipped with a comfortable wardrobe that allows you to leave shoes and bulky objects on the ground floor. We had a very pleasant stay. To recommend...
