Welcome to Toulouzette, a charming village on the banks of the River Adour, just 1/4 hour from St Sever and 35 minutes from Mont de Marsan. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside in this detached house, ideal for vacations with family or friends for a week or a weekend. The spacious rooms and enclosed grounds make for a relaxing stay in the countryside, close to all amenities. Come and discover Chalosse in terms of gastronomy, archaeology, history and fun. - 130m² self-contained gîte set in rural surroundings. It comprises : - fitted kitchen opening onto living room (with access step), with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave - living room with TV - 3 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 1 x 130cm bed, 1 x 80cm bed), 2 of which are adjoining - private shower room in one bedroom, - bathroom, - 2 wc, - laundry annexe. Enclosed grounds of approx. 100 m² and open grounds of 800 m². Baby gîte. Garden furniture, electric plancha, WIFI Internet access. Outbuilding on site.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
