In the Calanques de la Vise residence, about 20 minutes' walk from the thermal baths and shops, discover this 40 m² apartment overlooking the Etang de Thau, located on the 1st floor without elevator and balcony. Comprising a living room with TV, 1 sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen with electric hob, microwave, mini-oven, fridge-top and freezer-top. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). Shower room and separate toilet.
West-facing. Public parking lot at the foot of the residence.
Pets are welcome at an extra charge of 35 euros.

Balaruc les Bains, L'Etang de Thau is a seawater lake, very shallow and therefore perfect for family swimming with children.
