Located in the Le Sévigné 3 residence, just a 5-minute walk from the spa and 15 minutes from the shops, this 26m² apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator is sure to please. It has a balcony equipped with an awning and faces South/East, offering plenty of light throughout the day and a view over the Etang de Thau.
The apartment comprises a comfortable living room with TV and sofa, and a fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, mini-oven and microwave. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine for your convenience. The sleeping area includes a 140cm double bed. The star-rated apartment is also air-conditioned, ensuring pleasant temperatures whatever the season.
Public parking is available close to the residence for your convenience. Pets are welcome at an additional cost of 35 euros.
Electricity and gas consumption is calculated according to meter readings. As an option, we offer linen hire on request, as well as an end-of-stay cleaning service for 50 euros.
This apartment is non-smoking and not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).

Balaruc les Bains, L'Etang de Thau is a seawater lake, very shallow and therefore perfect for family bathing with children. With its exceptional water conditions, the Etang de Thau is ideal for boating in all seasons. The Manuréva nautical center offers a wide range of water sports (catamaran, paddle, kayak, optimist, etc.) for children aged 6 and over. Other activities include tennis, bicycle touring, pétanque, beach volleyball and skate-park. Renowned since antiquity, thermal water has become a source of well-being. Experience a moment of relaxation at the spa "O'balia, the 1st thermal spa in the Mediterranean", and don't miss the "Mediterranean Antique Garden". There are many places to visit: Sète, the Mediterranean's leading fishing port. Bouzigues, Mèze and Marseillan, authentic villages famous for their seafood production (oysters, mussels...).
