From 1 to 4 (or 5) people: Chalet (wooden house) of 45 m2 comprising a living room with sofa bed in 130, open-plan kitchen, wc, bathroom with Italian shower,
2 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), wall-mounted mobile air conditioner from June to end August,
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm).

- bed barrier for lower bunk bed.

Markets: Le Lude on Thursday mornings, La Flèche (one of the largest in the Sarthe) on Wednesday mornings, Noyant on Friday mornings.
