Dirty accommodation on arrival. Staircase too narrow (you have to turn your shoulders to go up). Worse: no safety railings in the children's bedroom, even though this is required by law (risk of falling). Balcony equipped with a very wide and very long bench, totally disproportionate and preventing normal use of the space. Lack of storage.
