Our beautiful house built in the typical architecture of the country is located at the end of a quiet dead end in the middle of Santa Caterina, a small quiet holiday village between the very charming town of Torroella de Montgri (3 km) and the more lively seaside resort L'Estartit (3 km).
The house has a large living/dining room with direct access to the kitchen and exit to the main terrace, three double bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom with WC and bathtub, a bathroom with WC and shower, a garage that serves as a storage room and two parking spaces on the property.
From the living/dining room you will access the large main terrace protected from the wind and sun with a large table and seats for 6 people.
Behind the house is another terrace with garden furniture and four sun loungers, as well as a wooden terrace with bar and electric barbecue.
A small staircase leads to the most beautiful square in the house: our spacious roof terrace, open in all directions, with other comfortable seats and a magnificent view of the Montgri Mountains nature reserve to the Medes Islands.
The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, with a 4-burner electrical cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, milk frother, electric kettle, toaster, mixer etc.
In the living room and in the corridor in front of the three bedrooms we have installed air conditioning. For the coldest months of the year, there is a wood stove and electric heating.
For entertainment, we provide a free WLAN, TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a WiFi printer.
In the former spacious garage, there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a second refrigerator and an iron, as well as a practical coat rack with shoe rack.
For the little ones, we provide a high chair and a travel bed at your disposal.
The communal swimming pool with outdoor shower is located in the middle of a large well-kept lawn 30 metres from the house.
