Located between the cosmopolitan port of Puerto Banús and the town of San Pedro Alcántara, this sensational 5-bedroom luxury new construction villa offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, including a large private pool, expansive terraces and a rooftop terrace. Contemporary design and artistic touches flow throughout the villa, which is divided into 3 floors. The bright and spacious first floor features a stylish open plan kitchen/living room with 2 sofas, dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The living room features floor-to-ceiling patio doors that let in plenty of light and provide access to the terraces, garden and pool. The pool area is furnished with patio furniture, dining table and chairs, and sun loungers. Going down the stairs to the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms and a spacious second living room. From the first floor a staircase leads to the 1st floor with another 3 bedrooms. It is possible to book 3 nights by arrangement.
San Pedro is a great mix of traditional architecture and culture and offers you a variety of unique stores, boutiques, restaurants and bars.
Treat yourself to a relaxing stroll from downtown San Pedro across the beach via Avenida del Marques del Duero, a particularly attractive palm-lined avenue. The modern wide promenade is ideal to continue your walk with several excellent chiringuitos (beach restaurants) specializing in fish dishes.
The luxury port of Puerto Banus offers everything you can imagine from this popular place. From shopping at the many exclusive designer outlets and restaurants to beach parties, nightclubs and boat rides. Although Puerto Banús is best known for its nightlife, during the day it is a great place with long stretches of beach where all kinds of beach bars can be found.

Parties are not allowed in the house. The house owner will charge an additional deposit.
