In a residence of 33 apartments on the 4th and last floor with elevator, built in 1974 - Apartment located 3 minutes walk (750 m) from the Clusaz-center and departures ES course Bossonnet. Access to the residence by an outside staircase of 28 steps. Very nice view of the village, the mountains and the ski slopes. Quiet. Shuttle to 150 m.
ENTRANCE with KITCHEN CORNER equipped: sink, 2 induction plates, a mini oven, microwave, fridge, filter and capsules coffee maker, raclette set, elements with all the necessary of kitchen,
BATHROOM: bath, sink, W-C.
LIVING ROOM: (PVC floor) 1 sofa bed RAPIDO 2 PERS (140), 2 bunk beds, television, bay window overlooking a south facing balcony with garden furniture, dining area, wardrobe closet
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- Collective central heating, water, electricity (except for long-term rentals (billed according to meter reading)

    The apartment looks good at first sight, but it is not very functional. There is little space to store your belongings or suitcases, little equipment (no microwave oven, no washing machine, no dishwasher), the table and kitchenware is quite "old", it's a pity. The bathtub faucet leaks and the knob is half blocked. Moreover, the bay window to access the balcony is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to open (it hurts your hands and back to slide it a few centimeters). the clothesline is broken. The apartment benefits however from a very beautiful view, because it is on the heights and normally accessible by shuttles in the station (the use of the car is disadvised because too many traffic jams and difficult to park in the village). Unfortunately, the shuttles do not systematically go up to the street where the apartment is located because of the great number of parked cars which obstruct their passage. As a result, you have to be in good shape to walk to and from the village with your groceries, your children, and in any weather. For my part, I was discouraged by the idea of going for a walk at the end of the day or going down to the village for dinner, because of the steep and long walk back. The price of the apartment is however attractive.
