Apartment on the first level (entrance level in R + 1 on the ground floor) of a residence of two levels, of 14 apartments, built in 1988, located 50 meters from the ski lifts, set back from the Col des Aravis road, and 3.5 km from the center of LA CLUSAZ. Direct access, behind the residence, on the track of the 'Combe des Juments' allowing to reach at 30 m the chairlift and the transval. 150 m from a ski bus stop (free). Quiet, beautiful view of the Massif de l'Etale and Beauregard. Summer: access to a private heated pool (28C°) at the residence unsupervised.

Spacious and very functional accommodation, nothing to complain about. Plenty of storage space, which is rare in a resort, and very well equipped. The bedroom carpeting could probably do with changing. The most negative point is that the apartment is isolated: there aren't enough shuttles to the village! And the need is all the greater given that there was no snow for the hoped-for "ski to your feet" experience...
