- Level N+1: large bedroom with double bed (140cm) and access to south-facing balcony; 1 bedroom with bunk beds and single bed (3x90cm).
- Lower level: bright living room with sitting area with pull-out sofa bed (2x90) + TV, dining area and decorative fireplace; access to splendid balcony/terrace; separate kitchen with flat pass-through to living area: gas hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher; LINEN WASHER; separate toilet.
*Bedding with comforters.
*Private ski locker located in a wooden cupboard next to the entrance door.
* This splendid half chalet has no private parking. You will need to park in the upper part of the chalet on a communal road.
*Pets not accepted. No smoking.
OUR OPINION: The preferred location for Notre Dame de Bellecombe lovers: incomparable views and exposure! The half-chalet is at the foot of the connecting ski slope, with ski departures and returns possible when snow conditions permit. A terrace bathed in sunshine in winter and summer alike. In short, a dream vacation awaits you!

Les Chalets de Cassiopée condominiums are located at the foot of the connecting slope (blue run) providing direct access to the Espace Diamant. Mont Rond ski school 3.5km away. Convenience store and pizzeria 20m away. Village center 5km away. The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of Espace Diamant.
With 192km of slopes and 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made up of several hamlets, each with its own special character. Le Lachat, or NDB 1450, is the most beautiful part of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. It's south-facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. It's a quiet, unspoilt area with an exceptional, unobstructed view of the Mont Rond massif. Please note that a car is essential.
In summer, you'll be close to numerous trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the best views of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and leisure park are just 9km away.
