The apartment comprises an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a view of the quay, a large bedroom with a view and direct access to the garden, and a private bathroom.
Plenty of cupboard space.
The studio is on the ground floor with direct access to the quay.
It's also located in a pedestrian zone, so you'll need to park your car in the parking lots and walk 100 meters to the apartment.
The condominium garden is planted with trees.

Access by car is tolerated in the morning until 11:00 am.

The port is the starting point for walking, boating and cycling tours. A lively district all year round, with flea markets, street shows, terraces, restaurants...
