Vacation home with private pool located at the foot of the Vercors massif. The house benefits from a rural location in the Drôme, on the outskirts of the old village of Cléon d?Andran. Built of natural stone, the property sits on a 3,000-square-foot lot with a view-protected pool and a sun-drenched terrace with dining facilities and a plancha or griddle. Vaulted ceilings and stone walls accentuate the charming living ambiance inside the house, whose furnishings are a harmonious blend of old and new. The living room is very inviting and cozy, and the dining room in conjunction with the kitchen opens to the outdoor area. The house promises its guests a lot of peace and quiet. It is located in the border area between the Ardèche and the Vaucluse, between Dieulefit, Nyons and the Rhone Valley. As a resident, you can enjoy a magnificent view of lavender fields, the Col de la Chaudière and Les Trois Becs. Active holidaymakers will be well catered for: tennis 700 m, the 18-hole golf course Domaine de la Valdaine 16 km, equestrian center 3 km, the ropes course at Marsanne 9 km, the internationally renowned climbing area in Saoû, the forest of Saoû or canoeing on the river. In 2017, the Drôme was classified as 'Destination Vélo' for its good cycling conditions. Fun for children are the bird park in Upie, the Aquarium des Tropiques near Allex and the crocodile farm in Pierrelatte. 20 km away, Montélimar attracts with a zoo, beautiful gardens, the famous confectionery Palais des Bonbons et du Nougat as well as the high situated Château des Adhémar, which you can also reach quite relaxed by the path railroad. You will be welcomed by the couple who will take care of the garden and the pool. The couple lives on the neighboring property, but cannot see your area.
