Large T4 apartment on the top floor of a recent secure building on the heights of Evian. It boasts a large south-facing balcony overlooking the mountains and a lovely north-facing terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva and the town of Evian.
The large living room easily accommodates 6 people with a large corner sofa, several armchairs and a large open-plan kitchen (oven, wine cellar, fridge, freezer, microwave, crockery) including a dining table for 6.
This large living room opens onto a beautiful north-facing terrace, offering a magnificent view of Lake Geneva. Garden furniture as well as a table and deckchair enable you to enjoy the sun all day long.
The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and built-in storage, including a master suite with en-suite shower room (WC, shower, washbasin). Two of the bedrooms have access to the south-facing balcony. Another bathroom and a separate toilet (with washing machine and sink) complete this apartment.
