Ground floor: large living room with sitting area and fitted kitchen (pellet stove), bedroom with screened door to corridor window (double bed, 160 cm), bedroom (bunk beds with single bed), shower room, separate WC. 2 terraces.
Pellet and electric heating.
Spring water supply. 6-person outdoor 40°c SCANDINAVE BATH, which you'll have the pleasure of starting up (approx. 3 hrs) for 3 evenings. SWIMMING POOL (9.3x3.5m, 1m20 deep) private from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (shared with owner beyond) + 10 p.m. for 2 nights, and heated from May to mid-September. Terrace 100 m2.

Rate for 5 people. Extra charge of €40/pers/day. Additional Roulotte de bohème (2-person 160 cm alcove bed): €290/week, €120/weekend and €60/overnight, opposite the gîte, rented exclusively with the gîte. TOTAL CAPACITY: 7 PEOPLE. An exceptional setting on a 6-hectare property surrounded by horse pastures on the edge of the Ecouves forest with the GR36, this gite has been decorated in a warm mountain atmosphere with pine walls, red curtains and an ash kitchen. Don't miss the Nordic bath at 40°c at night, even in winter, to enjoy the tranquillity and listen to the nocturnal fauna!!!! It's restorative and relaxing after a day's forest walking, jogging or cycling; 2 mountain bikes and/or 2 VTCs for hire on site, 25 euros a day. Walking and cycling itineraries provided. We take to the forest paths and country roads every week and can give you lots of ideas for outings. Early arrival or late departure: 25 euros per hour (any hour started is due).
