Welcome to our spacious 91m2 apartment, ideally located near the thermal baths and the town center, with a breathtaking view of the lake to make your stay unforgettable.
As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be welcomed into a warm and inviting living room featuring a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has crockery, frying pans, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, and everything else you need to prepare your meals. The dining table is the perfect place to share convivial meals.
A washing machine is available in the laundry room for your convenience.
The balcony offering stunning lake views is accessible from the living room, creating an ideal outdoor space for relaxing.
The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms: the first with a 160*200 double bed, the second with two 90*190 single beds (which can be brought together to form a 180 bed), and the third with a 140*200 bed.
The bathroom has a bathtub and vanity unit. Toilets are separate.
For added convenience, the apartment has Wi-Fi access and a closed garage.
Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.
To guarantee the security of your stay, you will be asked to provide a credit card imprint of €500 when you pick up the keys. We would like to emphasize that this property is managed by a trusted agency, ensuring quality service.
