Luxurious country house for a maximum of 12 people, located on a square meter plot of land in the municipality of Manacor. The house has central heating, air conditioning, kitchens and laundry fully equipped with all types of machinery and appliances. All rooms have air conditioning and heating, plasma TV and private bathroom, and four of them have an additional living room. The house is accessed through the middle floor, which has an entrance and main hall with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, pantry, laundry, living room with fireplace, summer living room, indoor dining room for 8 people , garage and covered porch with impressive views over the estate's pool and vineyards, with a dining table for 12 people. On the upper floor, the library is located in a large hall from which you can access the three suites with a living room. Each of these rooms has numerous exterior windows with views over the property itself and fantastic panoramic views of the surroundings. Each of the 3 suites has 2 plasma TVs with multilanguage channels, a private bathroom and large built-in wardrobes. On the lower floor there is a room with a private bathroom and a small living room with 2 plasma TVs, a large barbecue room with kitchen and electric grill, refrigerator, bottle rack and refrigerator, and a large table for 14 people, as well as a bathroom and toilet. .
