The beach of Eraclea Mare is the ideal place for families with children and for those seeking a relaxing holiday away from the chaotic seaside resorts nearby.
Since 2007, Eraclea has been classified as a Blue Flag destination, a prestigious recognition conferred to European coastal towns that primarily meet the criteria relating to the quality of bathing waters and services offered.
During your summer holiday in Eraclea Mare, we recommend taking a nice bike ride along the bicycle path leading to Caorle. If you like sports, on the beach you can have fun with the beach volleyball, while in the city you find many places to play tennis, basketball and even bowls, as well as walking trails for Nordic Walking.
In the evening, the main street becomes the pedestrian zone of Eraclea Mare and hosts events each night: open-air cinema, the long row of merchants’ stalls, various concerts, dance nights and markets with local products.
Do not miss a trip to nearby Venice, as well as an evening at one of the festivals in the inland towns to enjoy the delicious Italian sausages and ribs, washed down with a good glass of wine.
A visit to the popular cooperative winery to taste local wines and a dinner of Adriatic fish in one of the many downtown restaurants are two other options to discover our beach and enjoy a special holiday.
