Located on the west coast of Lake Garda, in Moniga del Garda, the residence is located in a quiet location, away from traffic and close to the historic center. It is composed of only 6 units with swimming pool and sunbathing area equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and deckchairs. Large areas of green are the setting for this small and comfortable residence where guests will find tranquility and refreshment of the mind, making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The apartments are large three-room apartments on the ground floor with porch and front-back garden or on the first floor with terrace overlooking the pool. All have a table with chairs and blackout curtains for more privacy outdoors. Carefully furnished, they are equipped with independent heating, air conditioning and Tv. The kitchens are complete with hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer and equipped with crockery, kettle and coffee machine. The bathrooms are equipped with suspended sanitary, hairdryer, courtesy set and towels and bed linen. Each apartment has a basement garage with 2 parking spaces, a laundry corner and space for own bicycles. In the common garden, availability of a barbeque. For those wishing to indulge in a wellness break, remember the thermal baths of Sirmione and Lazise, the amusement parks of Gardaland and Canevaworld, Parco Natura Viva, Parco Sigurtà, the cycling itineraries around the lake and the surrounding hills and finally the golf course where among the various names the Garda Golf of Soiano del Lago stands out.
