It accommodates 8 people comfortably and is located only 10km from the Frasassi Caves and 3 km from the town. Immersed in the green hills of the Marche region, the villa with swimming pool is the result of the fantastic renovation of an old rural building. Innovative design solutions are able to keep the building in conditions of environmental comfort with the control of the internal microclimate at a high level, both during summer and in winter. The house is made warm and comfortable thanks to natural lighting and furniture choices. The reception, the availability and the care of the house down to the smallest details are the main objectives of the owners The ground floor directly overlooks the pool and is characterized by large windows that make the rooms bright. Here are the living room and the well-equipped kitchen, 2 apartments (each with 2 bedrooms with separate entrance and bathroom). On the first floor there is the relaxation area with a beautiful and wide view of the hills, in addition to the Tv area. In the semi-underground Area Welness with Jacuzzi and Sauna. Fitness Area with Unica Technogym.
Nb: In The Period June-september Only Weekly Stays From Saturday To Saturday.

Guests have access to the entire villa, in exclusivity. The wellness area has limited access in the timetable and in the number of uses.
