Chalet En Bord De RivièreSmall cosy chalet on a large garden in front of the Dordogne. The kitchen opens onto the living room itself being in front of an outdoor terrace. the house is inhabited all year round by the host and is rented out as a holiday home for tourists. that means that the house has personal belongings to the host and is not an impersonal environment. the garden is large enough to contain several corners with different atmospheres and its furniture. you have at your disposal a ping pong table, and petanque balls. in the surrounding nature, you have several beaches for swimming or fishing, which will give you the opportunity, for some, to take a nice walk. it is on the fringes of a small village: St Aulaye where time has stood still for nature lovers. The banks of the river are charming and offer a peacefulhNumber of bedrooms: 3; Number of other rooms with beds: 0
Taxes of Local tax 1 EUR Per person / day; City tax 1 EUR Per person / day may be collected during the booking process. If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival.
The chalet is entirely on one level. Looks like a vacation home. You immediately feel at ease. It is surrounded by greenery and birdsong. The proximity to the river makes it a charming and peaceful setting, perfect for disconnecting.
You have access to the property and the garden, except the shed and the garage.

Many beaches for swimming or fishing. Two canoe kayak clubs. A tavern with catering, bar, exhibitions and concerts overlooking the river: Le Palma Nova, and a good restaurant called Le Pessaquai at the village Pessac sur Dordogne. A small supermarket with a petrol station. Villages with many activities and summer festivals.
To come to the chalet, the car is recommended.
The place is 10 minutes from Sainte foy La grande and its "most beautiful market in France 2016", 30 minutes from St Emillion and De Bergerac, 40 minutes from Eymet, and D'issigeac, 1 hour from Bordeaux and 1 hour 30 minutes from Sarlat and From the Atlantic coast. These towns have a major tourist attraction, not to mention all the beautiful little villages
