There is a beautiful American kitchen with bar that gives to the living room with direct access to the outside with swimming pool and large jacuzzi for 7 people with sea views (jacuzzi subject to availability and on request). Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, "senseo" coffee machine, washing machine. Designer furniture throughout the villa. There is a large flat television with satellite with French channels, television from all countries of the world and pay channels as well as movies and Wi-fi internet.
The villa is located in the very elegant and quiet area of roca Grossa, behind the villa there is a protected forest with access from the villa to be able to walk. The villa has magnificent views of the sea, with views of the city of Lloret de Mar and the forest. There is a large glass roof for sunbathing with stunning views.
The 3 bedrooms are very spacious and bright and give access to large terraces.
There is also a garden area around the villa.
The villa has many amenities, has gas heating and reversible system with air conditioning in all rooms, even in the corridor. The temperature in the house and outside is very pleasant throughout the year because the villa is sunny in winter. All blinds are automatic. Large bathrooms with Italian showers.
