In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacations in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry (washing machine/dryer).
This new 40 m2 apartment, on the ground floor and facing the sea, can accommodate 2/4 people.
It comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
A bright 21m2 living room with fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave), open-plan lounge, sofa bed for 2, flat-screen TV.
You'll also enjoy a 16m2 terrace with garden furniture, sofa and sun lounger. LUXURY equipment: dishwasher, oven, washing machine, reversible air conditioning.

Free private parking space for one vehicle per apartment. No visitor parking available. Low-speed WiFi access is also available. A 4G box is available for rental (€40/week).
