Fully renovated, very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), flat screen. Sleeping alcove with sliding door with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, combination microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Large shower 120x80cm, separate cabin of the living room, private balcony - not vis à vis, pets not allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
Tignes Val Claret: Residence "Le Prariond" - excellent location: central but quiet, right by the Tignes and Val d'Isère slopes, ski in ski out. Residence "Le Borsat (Val Claret)", 7 storeys. In the centre, in a sunny position in the residential district, 20 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Skisport facilities, slopes 20 m, ski rental 50 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 150 m, children's ski school 20 m, sled run 150 m. Nearby attractions: centre aquatique Le Lagon 2 km, Centre Sportif Tignespace 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Tignes Val D'isère 10 m. Deplorable welcome from 2 bitter "prison door" women with no consideration whatsoever. We're not the only holidaymakers to complain. Not allowed to invite friends to share a meal, punctual surveillance of holidaymakers' every move, not allowed to bring skis back to the apartments even though the ski cabinet can only hold half the equipment (which is not much for a 5-person rental), aging infrastructure for a supposedly renovated apartment. I hadn't seen the comments on Google before renting...

We were very well received. The accommodation conforms to the photos and description in the advert. We appreciated the sliding partition that separates the two sleeping areas. Located just a stone's throw from the chairlift. Magnificent hikes with breathtaking scenery from Val Claret or Tignes le lac. Don't hesitate to explore the surrounding area.
