Ubeda is a very quiet village surrounded by mountains and groves of vineyards, almonds and olives, ideal for country and nature lovers. It is well connected with Pinoso, which offers all amenities, such as medical center, bars, shops and there are many good restaurants where where you can sample traditional meals cooked with vines and olive wood. The airport of Alicante and beaches are only 50 kms or 40 mins drive, and being situated in the one of the most important wine producing regions of Southern Spain, there are numerous bodegas to visit where you can sample the excellent wines of the region.
