enjoy your holidays in France in a family house away from the noise and crowds. The villa is located in Vence, a small town ideally situated in the Alpes Maritimes, between sea and mountains, 30 minutes from Nice in the east, Cannes in the west.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends. The dates of availability are flexible, do not hesitate to propose your dates for more details. In July and August the weekly rentals will be privileged. The minimum rental period is 3 nights and the entire villa is available for rent: the tenants will be alone during their stay.
The villa has a very nice swimming pool and a barbecue area ideal for your meals. Please do not hesitate to ask for more information if you wish, your pets are welcome, the garden is fully fenced.
The villa is located 5 minutes by car from the centre of Vence and its shops, but access on foot is possible (45 minutes on foot). A bakery and pastry shop is located 15 minutes on foot from the villa.
