This modern part of a two-family house is located in the hills of Massarosa and offers a magnificent view of the Versilia sea and Lake Massaciuccoli. On the panoramic terrace you can have breakfast or lunch outside. A large well-kept garden with barbecue, table and chairs invites you to dine. The swimming pool with sun loungers invites you to relax, read a book or simply admire the surrounding landscape. Upstairs, the bedroom with three beds is a loft with a minimum height of 0.92 cm and a maximum height of 2.15 cm. Enjoy your vacation here away from the city traffic! From here you can reach interesting destinations: Lucca (21 km) with its intact 16th century city walls and numerous medieval churches (Lucca is known as 'the city of 100 churches'); Camaiore (14 km) with its characteristic historical center with artistic jewels such as the famous Collegiate Church, the Benedictine Abbey or the Museum of Sacred Art and stores of all kinds. Viareggio (11 km) city of the Carnival with its beaches, the promenade with restaurants, the pine forest where you can jog or let your children play in equipped areas.
