Villa Mauro is not a farm, but our country house feel like your, gently nestled in the beautiful hills of the Marche, reserved, quiet, silent, immersed in the countryside and work lovingly cared for by farmers attentive to traditions, friendly and genuine, with a wide view where you can admire the medieval centers Mondolfo neighbors, and the village of San Costanzo Stacciola.
Mauro Villa has been recently renovated, respecting the architectural and using original materials, such as bricks for the interior and exterior flooring, wooden beams and tiles for the floors.
Description inside the house: Villa Mauro is on two floors with a total of about 120 m². The accommodation capacity is 7 people plus a cot.
On the ground floor: a large living room furnished with armchairs, sofa bed, Tv (decoder), dining table; a kitchen with table, Tv, fridge, oven, stove with 5 burners and fireplace;
bathroom with bathtub; laundry area with sink and washing machine. On the first floor: master bedroom with walk-in closet; room with double bed; full bathroom with shower.
Exterior of the house and surroundings: The large outdoor flooring allows you to relax, but also to have lunch in the shade of a mulberry tree secular, and a gazebo with garden chairs. We offer our guests an outdoor barbecue.
The cars (three cars) are discovered, but inside the property.
the villa has an outdoor hydromassage pool for maximum relaxation with 6 seats.
For shopping needs is about 700 m has a small grocery store, while at 4 km there is a shopping center.
The town of Mondolfo is 1 km away and the town of San Costing is 2 km away where you can find, municipal offices, police, post offices, banks, shops and supermarkets, traditional restaurants with a wide range of genuine local cuisine .
