This holiday home is located in the popular tourist town in the south of Istria, Premantura. This atrium house is located at the entrance of the famous Cape (RT) Kamenjak. The house is surrounded by a high wall that offers complete privacy for hanging out in the courtyard of the house, where you will be protected from the sun in the summer months by greenery and trees. The more distinctive characteristic of this holiday home is the open-type kitchen and the spacious covered terrace where the whole family can dine together. The house consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is suitable for families with children who can run and play carelessly in the fenced yard.
We would definitely recommend to visit the beautiful nature park Cape (RT) Kamenjak that will delight you with the landscapes of nature and sea. Cape Kamenjak is known as the southernmost point of Croatia and has been attracting visitors from all over the world for years. Not far from Premantura is situated the capital of Istria, Pula, rich in cultural and historical monuments and various events in the summer months.
