After booking, we learn that cleaning is compulsory after all, and that it costs 120 euros! In view of the price, Locasun tells us that all cleaning is included. No reception at the accommodation, you have to go to an agency. For an 8-person apartment, all we got was a badge for the elevator (knowing that the elevator is essential)! Accommodation very difficult to find, based on vague verbal indications. When we arrived, the elevator was out of order! No one at the residence reception during opening hours. We had to carry everything upstairs on foot with 4 children (icy stairs with no handrail). We learnt that cleaning does not include cooking. In the apartment, radiator ripped out in one bedroom, stained beds, no shower pressure, broken bathroom taps. No smoke detector in the apartment. We passed this information on to the agency as planned shortly after our arrival, but no one contacted us. However, the apartment is well located (close to the shuttle and shops), quiet and fairly new. Despite these problems, we had a pleasant stay.
