Nous souhaitons que votre séjour soit chaleureux, convivial, heureux et que vous repartiez enchantés de vos vacances parmi nous. Alors n’hésitez pas à nous solliciter ! Quelques mots sur nous et notre histoire…..nous sommes ensemble depuis 30 ans et après une vie professionnelle bien remplie comme technicien de maintenance en Ascenseur et commerciale sédentaire, nous avons eu l’opportunité de racheter les Gites du Bois de Bontemps à Sarlat-La-Canéda en Dordogne et de quitter la région parisienne….qui ne nous manque pas du tout ! Nos passions sont les voyages et les rencontres afin de partager des moments de vie !

We offer 2 gites of 50m2 each, classified 2 Stars, with a closed terrace, all year round for seasonal rental. You will have a large swimming pool of 9mx6m heated from April 21 to September and a jacuzzi (Free access in July and August - Other period: extra charge at 5. 00 euros per session - from April to September depending on the weather- Outside temperature over 22 degrees for its heating - To be booked 24 hours in advance) on Sarlat-La-Canéda, medieval capital of the Périgord Noir in Dordogne, located a few minutes from the historic centre of Sarlat-La-Canéda (3.5km) - All shops nearby (Leclerc, Pharmacy, Tobacco Office, bakery...)
Our gîtes "Le Sarlat" (red) and "Le Bananier" (green) with a surface area of 50m2 can accommodate 2 to 5 people. Beds made on arrival. They are composed on the ground floor: 1 living room with equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas hob, microwave oven, grill, kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker + SENSEO coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils for 6 people, iron with table, clothes line, hoover, a bedroom with double bed 140*190cm with chest of drawers and wardrobe, shower room (hair dryer) and separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 very large bedroom with double bed 140*190cm and 1 single bed 90*190cm with cupboards and chest of drawers.
A terrace completely closed with table - Chairs - Umbrellas and Barbecue completes this gite.
Baby equipment available on request (cot, bathtub, high chair). A washing machine is available for both gites (4euros the washing machine is provided).
Our strong points : On the 5300m2 domain, there is also the large 9*6m swimming pool and activities such as a ping-pong table, table football, a playground with swing, badminton, small slide and a library where everyone can help themselves.....You have direct access to the Sarlat cycle track from the domain (Bicycle loan on site subject to availability). A grocery shop will also be at your disposal for everyday needs. Free WIFI. Our animal friends are welcome at no extra charge. We accept holiday vouchers.
The snack bar of Bois de Bontemps (open from April to the end of September) also awaits you with its good home-made pancakes, Ice creams, Sandwiches, Panini, Salads and Hot dishes.......
