On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall with corridor, leading to a living room with sofa and TV, communicating with a large kitchen with table, and including an oven, vitro ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, opening onto a rear terrace with garden table.
In the basement, you'll find a 140x190 cm bedroom opening onto a terrace and washbasin, a shower room with shower cubicle and hand-washer, a laundry room with washing machine, washer-dryer and tumble dryer. There's also a freezer and separate toilet.
On the second floor you'll find a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 extra mattress and television, communicating with a second bedroom with a 160x200 bed and sofa, with its own bathroom with bath and shower, television and separate water closet.
