At 700 m altitude, on the southern slopes of the Apennines and about 5 km from Pieve S. Stefano, this vacation home (terraced end house) is located on the edge of a small rural settlement. Living area and two bedrooms are on the 1st floor, a third bedroom with bathroom in a small outbuilding. Simple, rustic furnishings. Terrace sitting area with barbecue and valley view. The natural plot with pool, sunbathing area and playground equipment is fully fenced and for the little ones there is an extra 'baby pool'- ideal terrain for children! The house is surrounded by sheep pastures, vast forests and heights that invite you to hike. Convenient excursion destinations within 20-30km: the worth seeing small towns of the Tiber Valley like Anghiari, Caprese Michelangelo and Sansepolcro; the Franciscan monastery La Verna and the warm thermal baths of Bagni di Romagna. Pieve S. Stefano with stores, trattorias and bars 5km. Short unpaved access.
